Rental Rates for Beachfront Condominium:
Our 3 bedroom 2 bath condos with pool are available for rent all of the year. We have a total of four separate units available. They all have the same floor plan. All are nicely furnished. Each unit can accommodate up to 8 people. Please contact Casey for availability.

Off Season Rate (November 1 to April 30 excluding major holidays):
- Weekend (Friday arrival through Sunday departure) - $275 per day (2 day minimum)
- Weekday - $250 per day
- Weekly - $1600
- US Holidays - $300
- Monthly - $2400 Utilities (water and power) are paid by the renter.
In Season Rates (May 1 through October 31 excluding major holidays):
- Weekend - $350 (Friday arrival through Sunday departure) - $350 per day (2 day minimum)
- Weekday - $300
- Weekly: $1900
- US Holidays - $400
- Monthly - $3500 Utilities (water and power) are paid by the renter.
Reservations & Deposits & Cancellations:
- Reservations - 50% is required up-front to confirm your reservation, and the final balance is due a week before check-in.

- All major credit cards accepted (A 4% fee to be applied when credit card or PayPal is used.)
- Venmo, Zelle and Cash App are also accepted.
- Cash within 3 days of confirmation of reservation if possible
- Refundable Security Deposit - $250 due up-front as part of the Reservation Deposit. To be returned after walk through inspection, typically within 48 hours of guest departure.
- Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
- Half week (3 nights or less) - $100
- Full week (4 nights or more) - $150

- Proof of Payment required to confirm booking
- Off Season - Discounted Rates offered from November 1 to April 30 (excluding major holidays)
- Security - 24/7/365 constantly patrolled, private property, double gated.
- Check in is 3 pm. Check out is 10 am. Early and late check ins and outs may be possible. Ask your host.
- Repeat customers get a 10% discount.
