Warranty:
1.  
From the date of shipment and or sale from an authorized www.skytoy.com distributor to the first customer, www.skytoy.com guarantees our new and non certified engines for a period of 12 months to be free of any manufacturer’s defects.
2.  
The authorized www.skytoy.com service center will, at its option, repair and/or replace components defective in material and/or workmanship under normal use and service, with a genuine www.skytoy.com part/s at no charge for parts or labor during said warranty period. All parts replaced under warranty become the property of www.skytoy.com.  All postage fees shall be paid by customer.
3.  
The customer must present to an authorized www.skytoy.com service center, the hard copy of the www.skytoy.com warranty registration card and/or proof of purchase receipt from the authorized www.skytoy.com selling agent.
4.  
Exclusions, items not covered by warranty:
Ø  Normal wear and tear on all items.
Ø  Damage from replacement parts and or accessories which are not genuine www.skytoy.com parts and or accessories.
Ø  Damage resulting from the improper installation of genuine www.skytoy.com parts.
Ø  Damage caused by failure to provide proper maintenance as detailed in the operator's manual.
Ø  The cost of labor, parts and lubricants of all maintenance services, including tune ups and adjustments will be charged to the owner.
Ø  Improper use of the engine such as racing or commercial purposes.
Ø  All aftermarket accessories installed on the aircraft engine shall void the engines warranty.
Ø  Damage resulting from running the aircraft engine without propeller.
Ø  Damage resulting from modification to the aircraft engine not approved in writing by www.skytoy.com.
Ø  Damage caused by electrolysis, rust or corrosion.
Ø  Cold seizure and piston scuffing.
Ø  Use of a gear reduction not designed by www.skytoy.com.
Ø  Use of propellers which exceed the inertia and balance limits as specified by www.skytoy.com.
Ø If engine instruments required by www.skytoy.com have not been installed.
Ø  Damage caused by the aircraft owner or mechanic such as, but not limited to, reckless mounting and dismounting of the engine from the aircraft, freight damage, damage during transportation of motor, or any other incidental or consequential damage.
Ø  Damage resulting from accident, fire or other casualty, misuse, abuse or neglect.
Ø  Damage from premature wear to the engine caused by water ingestion.
Ø  Damage resulting from sand, stones or other debris infiltration.
Ø  Damage resulting from service by an unqualified mechanic.

Www.skytoy.com reserves the right to modify its warranty policy at any time, being understood that such modification will not alter the warranty conditions applicable to the aircraft engines sold while the above warranty is in effect.

7.  
DANGER! This engine is may stop running at anytime! Engine stoppage can result in crash landings. Such crash landings can lead to serious bodily injury or death.  Always fly the aircraft equipped with this engine at locations, airspeeds, altitudes or other circumstances from which a successful no-power landing can be made safely after sudden engine stoppage. Aircraft equipped with this engine should only fly in DAYLIGHT VFR conditions.
8.   
WARNING!  This is not a certified aircraft engine. It has not received any safety or durability testing, and conforms to no aircraft standards. It is for use in experimental, uncertified aircraft and vehicles only in which an engine failure will not compromise safety.
9.  
User assumes all risk of use, and acknowledges by his or her use that he or she knows this engine is subject to sudden stoppage.
